Just brilliant. I hitched a ride to Samokov on a horse & cart, went on a pedalo on the lake and sunbathed in the garden. That was day 1!! Great place. I.B

This has been our third trip to Bulgaria but the first time out of the skiing season. We were so delighted to have found that there's so much to see and do. The Rila Monastery is wonderful. 'Kozle' was a delightful place to stay. thank you.

 All produce is organic. At the local market you can buy leeks that are a metre long! Vegetables & fruit like they  once used to be in the UK~natural and bursting with flavour!

 It is a fantastic house, in an idyllic location and the inside is just cosy and comfortable.  The children really enjoyed their stay there, and enjoyed playing in the stream and having adventure walks up the mountains!  So once again, on behalf of all of us Thanks A.M

"Kozle" is just gorgeous. we had the whole package including airport transfers, ski hire, taxi to and from the resort and everything went like clockwork. The children played in the garden building 'snow puppies'and had a fabulous time with the ski instructors. We hardly saw them!Thankyou soooo much!!

BOOKING INFORMATION Please note.

PRICES ARE FOR THE HOUSE & NOT PER PERSON!

The prices listed  are inclusive of~

• Electricity and heating costs. There are modern oil filled electric radiators provided. They are more than is required to keep  "Kozle"  warm and cozy  .
• Logs are provided in the winter months for the log burning fire.
• Beds are made up and freshly laundered and the chalet will be clean.
•  Upon arrival our house manager  or his representative will meet you  at "Kozle" when you arrive. He will  hand over the keys, answer any queries and show you how to operate the alarm.  
• Included in the rental is the cleaning of the chalet and fresh laundry for the next guests.         

 Any add-ons such as airport transfer or ski hire/equipment etc are payable to our house manager and are not included in the chalet rental prices.

The chalet is offered as self catering only.Some food items and water may or may not have been left by the previous guests.

We will provide food /drinks and  drinking water only if requested and there will be a reasonable charge for this service. Guests provide their own drinking water and food all of which is available in the village if required.

*All rental prices for the house per week regardless of the number in the party and are at £GBP at time of payment. The Euro & US $ prices listed are for guidance only.

 Rental dates are only secured upon reciept of non refundable deposit of  £200.00 gbp or  US$ or Euro equivalent.                   

We are unable to accept anything less than a full week's rental  for days in week one, but additional   days in subsequent weeks    can be charged at 1/7( each day) of a full week. Discounts available for longer stays.

Payment; We accept deposits via cheques; bank transfers & paypal. (Paypal is a convenient and cost effective way of transferring money via an email address. Simply type 'paypal' into a search engine, log on and create your account.)

Final balance via any of the above or, on occaisions, cash upon arrival at the chalet if requested.

During the peak weeks of the ski season the usual change over day is Saturday, but we are happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

The usual arrival time would be 4pm  and departure from the house at 1pm to allow our cleaners to prepare the house and change the bedding etc. However, on occaisions when there is not a consecutive booking we can be more flexible.
